Twenty minutes. The honest picture.

After you review your score, we get on a 20-minute call. I walk you through the results, explain what is costing you customers right now, and give you a specific recommendation. No pitch theater. If I do not think I can help you, I say so.

The build (15 business days)

Live in fifteen business days.

Once you are in, I move fast. Days 1 to 3: I collect access and assets, audit your current site and listings, and run the content discovery session. Days 4 to 12: build sprint. Website pages, Google Business Profile optimization, citation cleanup, automation setup. Days 13 to 15: review, revisions, launch. You approve every deliverable, and the timeline holds when feedback comes back on time.

The partnership (month 2+)

Ongoing, handled.

After launch, I switch to a steady cadence. Each month: new content published, review requests sent, performance data collected. End of month: you get the report and we have a 30-minute strategy call. If your market shifts, a new competitor, an algorithm update, a seasonal push, I adjust the plan. You do not have to ask.

How long is the contract?

The retainer is a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. I do not lock people in beyond that because I would rather earn the renewal.

Can I start with just the website?

Yes. The build is a one-time $5,000. Most clients add the retainer once they see the site perform.

What do you need from me?

Access credentials for Google Business and your website, a 30-minute kickoff call, and timely feedback on deliverables. After that, very little.

How quickly will I see results?

Review volume typically increases within 30 to 60 days. Ranking movement is usually visible by month 2 or 3. Lead flow follows rankings.

Do you work outside San Diego?

Yes. The systems work for any local market. Most of the strategy and automation work is location-agnostic.

What if I already have a website?

I audit it and either optimize what exists or recommend a rebuild if the foundation is not solid.

Who do I work with?

Me. Every call, every deliverable, every report. There is no account manager to get past.

Can I update the site myself after it launches?

Yes. Text, photos, hours, phone numbers, service descriptions, staff. You log in and change it. No ticket, no invoice, no waiting on me.

What if I do not want to touch it at all?

Then do not. The growth retainer exists for owners who would rather hand it off entirely. Either way the site is yours and the option stays open.

What happens if we stop working together?

Nothing happens to your site. It is on your hosting account, on your domain, with your login. I hand over anything you do not already have and get out of the way.
